Our Apartment 1 is modern sea view apartment with two bedrooms.
The apartment has a large bathroom with a shower, washing machine, hair dryer.
It also has a cosmetic set and toilet paper that meet the needs of guests for the first few days of their stay.
The Apartment contains a pleasant living room with a sofa that can be folded out and a dining room with a well-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with various utensils and appliances such as a large fridge with freezer, coffee maker and kettle.
From the kitchen you can exit to a smaller balcony at the back of the house that overlooks a quiet street, and there is parking right next to it!
In the living room there is also a TV with various contents such as: IPTV, Netflix and others...
The second room is equipped in the same way as the first, and both rooms have access to a shared balcony with chairs and a table for spending time there.
Each room in this apartment is equipped with air conditioning that cools in the summer, and heating is possible in the winter. In addition, in the winter, we offer our guests an additional portable heater to make sure they won't be cold.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with one double bed and one single bed. It also contains a wardrobe and a desk.
From both rooms you can go out to the balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the sea and the Crikvenica Riviera.
On the balcony there are two small tables with two chairs each for pleasant socializing or relaxation!
This apartment have everything that one modern accommodation need to have.
Throughout all apartment is excellent Wi-Fi connection quality, so that the internet works flawlessly.
In the nearby from apartment is located super market where you can find anything you need, ecpecially domestic products!
On the apartments balcony's is the only place where smoking is allowed.
There is free parking within the accommodation, and on request a gas grill can be used in a common area , i.e. the yard.
Apartment is located on ideal location between Crikvenica and Selce. You can reach apartments from Adriatic road or from the back street called Hrusta.
To the first beach you need only 5 minutes walk, while the center of Crikvenica and Selce is only 15 minutes walk away!
